Bronze

It's difficult to over emphasise the significance of bronze in the history of art and the history of civilisations worldwide. Whilst the technologies have advanced, the basic process of lost-wax bronze casting has remained the same. The oldest known examples of the technique are approximately 6,500 years old.

It's a fascinating and exciting process and I take great satisfaction in doing every part of the process myself  form initial modelling of a piece through the moulding to the bronze pour to the patination.
