Relief

Working in relief affords an opportunity to sculpt pictorially and without some of the usual constraints of free standing sculpture such as  balance and stability. Here are a number of examples of relief work, both figurative and abstract.  Some are modelled in clay and cast in plaster other are fabricated in steel.
